LinkedIn is a ‘professional-oriented social network.’ Do a search for ‘asshole’ on profiles on LinkedIn and the top result is for a guy names Gary Baney, CEO of Boundless Fight, Inc. Now, you might ask why does his LinkedIn professional profile come us a search result. Well… it is because in his professional background/experience, he has some core principles that he expects employees of Boundless Flight to adhere to;

Boundless Flight, Inc. has four rules:

1. “I will never work for or with an asshole again!”
2. “If you aren’t having fun, please quit.”
3. “Always take care of your own first.”
4. “We may not always agree, but we will always work together agreeably.”

Interesting ideology here. I still am not sure what to make of ‘I will never work for or with an asshole again.’ Bottom line is no matter where you work, there are always asshole bosses and asshole co-workers. Unless Boundless Flight is also knows as Lollipop and Sugar Plum Land.
